Return Policy:  Returned Merchandise Will Not Be Accepted Without a Return Authorization Number, Issued By TOE.  Please Call or Fax, or Email  For an RA#, include Product Description, Cost, and Reason For Return Request.  All Merchandise MUST be Completely Cleaned and or Laundered or TOE may Refuse Merchandise or Charge a Cleaning Fee of $10.00.  Authorized Return of Non-Defective Merchandise Will be Credited to the Customer's Account At the Purchase Price Less a 15% Restocking Fee.  The Customer Must Prepay the Freight For Returned Merchandise.  The Merchandise Must Be Returned With In 30 Days Of  Purchase.  No Refunds after 30 days.
