All TOE Products are Fully Warranted to the Original Owner Against Defects in Materials, and Workmanship, with the Exception of Normal Wear and Tear.
TOE REPAIRS:
We repair broken zippers
Patch Tears
Replace buckles in Backpacks, tarps, covers, sleeping bags, tents
We sew heavy duty leather, tow straps, thick bags, over 1" Thick foam
Broken tent poles should be replaced through the Manufacturer
We have worked on most Major Name Brands.
Repairs are reasonable and High Quality
Items have to be washed due to dirt in the machines
Wash fee is $10.00
No work on Goose Down

Return Policy:
Returned Merchandise Will Not Be Accepted without a Return Authorization Number, Issued by T.O.E.
Please call or email for a RA#
Include Product Description, Cost and Reason for return request.
All Merchandise MUST be completely clean, or TOE may Refuse Merchandise,
or charge a cleaning fee of $10.00.
Authorized return of Non-Defective Merchandise will be credited to the customers account,
at the Purchase Price less 15% restocking Fee.
The customer must prepay the Freight for returned Merchandise.
The Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
No refunds after 30 days.
